By accessing or using Oreclaim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Oreclaim is a platform for packaging and discovering fractional economic interests in named mineral projects — royalty streams, project SPV equity, and reserve-linked claims. The service does not currently facilitate live capital raises, custody of investor funds, or issuance of on-chain units; those capabilities are introduced in later phases, each requiring its own legal and regulatory review before launch.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Payment and Subscriptions
Oreclaim does not currently charge for platform access. If paid plans are introduced in the future, updated terms will be presented before any charge is made.
Limitation of Liability
Oreclaim is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information presented on the platform, including project or offering descriptions. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
Governing Law
